Your adventure will be guided by Timothy, a windsurfer, paraglider and hang glider pilot who started paragliding in 1993 and hang gliding in 2008 in Tanzania, and has since been exploring northern Tanzania for flying sites and suitable seasons.
Tanzania does not have a gliding association and no formal flying sites.
We are a partnership between Timothy Leach, Danny von Mutius, Ngare Sero Mountain Lodge, Lake Natron Camp and Lost Horizons Safaris.
We will organize a tailor made gliding or surfing safari for you using our eco-accommodations and our mobile canvas tented camp.
Lost Horizons have been running tailor made safaris in Tanzania since 1984. We can provide you with a great adventure, in comfort, with fresh food, and excellent service.
