Found her new home in Tanzania in 2009. In 2016 her and Clint joined forces and since run Tentickle Tanzania’s headquarters together. Niccy is handling sales, marketing and accounts as well as the international marketing for Tentickle, Cape Town.
Comes from a background of professional DJ’ing, worldwide festival & music event operations. After working closely for over 15 years with the head office of Tentickle in Cape Town and seeing the suitability and demand of Bedouin Stretch Tents for the East African market, he took his opportunity in 2012 and brought Tentickle to Tanzania.
A mechanical consultant, trained in diesel mechanics, with many years of experience in fabrication of vehicles and civil works. His most recent experience in Denmark is the fabrication of very specialised welding of materials like stainless steel, aluminium and different grades of other steel, for civil works purposes.
He is fluent in Kiswahili as he grew up in Dar-es-salaam before moving to the Arusha area with his parents in 1973.
A tourism building consultant and a trained tourist guide, with many years of experience in unique building techniques. His career in Tanzania started with the constructed of a unique tourist eco-camp in the hostile environment of Lake Natron.
His most recent projects include: Asilia – Jabali Ridge Camp in Ruaha, Mawimbi Beach Villas near Pangani.
He is fluent in Kiswahili as he grew up bordering Arusha National Park while his parents owned a lodge and operated safaris in the 1980’s and early 90’s.
Mr Warren Lee Steyn, was an investor in Southern Tanzania, who built and managed a bespoke lodge in the remote Kilwa area, skippering vessels and enduring the responsibilities of not only tourism but commercial boat work at sea. He studied Agriculture at Weston Agriculture College and has extensive knowledge and experience in Apiculture. Warren also has skills in the film industry and was employed by ‘The Works Ltd’ a production house in Dar Es Salaam as their film engineer.
His current focus is the development of Bee hives and breeding of Bee colonies for conservation and prosperity of local Bee species and their keepers.
He has conversational level in Kiswahili and has spent 10 years in Tanzania from 2006 to the present day.
